הכלי משמש את משרד עו"ד ונוטריון נעים בדר בלבד. הוא לא אוסף מידע ממשתמשים אחרים.
הכלי משתמש בהרשאת Google Drive מסוג drive.file בלבד, ולכן הוא ניגש רק לקבצים שהוא עצמו יצר. הוא לא רואה קבצים אחרים בדרייב.
הגיבוי מוצפן במחשב המשרד לפני שהוא יוצא ממנו, ומפתח ההצפנה לא נשלח ל-Google.
המידע לא נמכר ולא משותף עם צד שלישי. הקבצים המוצפנים נשמרים בשירות Google Drive של המשרד. אין בכלי פרסום, ואין בו מעקב או ניתוח שימוש.
הנתונים נשמרים בדרייב עד שהמשרד מוחק אותם, והמחיקה נעשית לפי מדיניות השמירה של המשרד.
השימוש במידע המתקבל מממשקי Google עומד ב-Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use.
אפשר לבטל את הגישה בכל עת בדף ההרשאות של חשבון Google, ולמחוק את תיקיית הגיבוי מהדרייב.
Office Backup is used only by the law and notary office of Naim Bader and collects no information from other users. It uses the Google Drive drive.file scope only, so it accesses only files it created. Backups are encrypted on the office computer before leaving it, and the encryption key is not sent to Google. Data is not sold or shared with third parties; encrypted files are stored in the office's Google Drive. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics.
Data is kept in Google Drive until the office deletes it, and deletion follows the office's retention policy.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account permissions page, and the backup folder can be deleted from Drive. Contact: naembader@gmail.com
